Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay by bank transfer or card. Prices are locked for 30 minutes once added to your cart.
Are your prices live?
Yes. Our prices are based on the real-time spot price of gold and silver, updated every 60 seconds during market hours.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can purchase any quantity, though we do offer free insured delivery on orders over £500.
Delivery
How is my order delivered?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or a specialist bullion courier, fully insured for the value of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Delivery is usually next business day within the UK.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International delivery may be available in the future.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. Bank transfer orders receive a small discount as processing fees are lower.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with full encryption.
Are gold coins VAT-free?
Yes. Investment gold, including gold bars and UK legal tender gold coins such as Britannias and Sovereigns, is exempt from VAT in the UK.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of precious metals and live pricing, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.
Do you offer a buyback service?
Yes. We offer a buyback service at competitive rates for products originally purchased from FineGold. Contact us for a buyback quote.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All orders are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
